Job summary

Kisimul Group Ltd is seeking Life Practitioners for Salisbury House in East Markham. You will support adults with severe learning disabilities, helping them with daily tasks and community activities to promote independence and well-being.

Aim to develop within a competency framework, with opportunities to increase hourly rates and qualification levels. A company vehicle is provided for client transport and DBS checks are funded.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for care and commitment to progressing others.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to work towards Level 3 in Health & Social Care.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Assist with daily activities and accompany clients on community trips.
• Contribute to delivering a meaningful, independent life for those supported.
