Job summary

Kisimul Group is seeking a compassionate Life Practitioner for Holmlea in East Markham. You will support adults with severe learning disabilities to live fulfilling, independent lives, assisting with daily tasks and community activities. A company vehicle is provided; a full UK driving licence (or two years' driving) is required.

Starting rates are £13.12–£14.12 per hour. There are clear progression paths via our competency framework to higher rates, with funded qualifications and ongoing

Qualifications

Passion for care and helping others progress.
Strong teamwork and collaboration.
Resilience and confidence to seek support when needed.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Computer literacy is essential.
Level 3 Health & Social Care or willingness to gain it.

Responsibilities

Provide daily living support to individuals with disabilities.
Assist in community outings and activities.
Support with daily tasks to promote independence.
Drive company vehicle if licensed (UK licence).
Engage in competency framework to access higher pay.
