Job summary

Capita in Manchester is seeking an experienced Administrator to join the Regulated Financial Services division on a fixed-term contract of 12-15 months. The role involves processing and entering life & pensions data into in-house systems, handling customer inquiries via phone, paper and mail, and supporting across all back-office teams as needed to maintain high service levels.

You’ll receive full training, and Capita emphasises customer experience as a priority.

Qualifications

• Experience in Life & Pensions or regulated Financial Services.
• Customer service or administration background.
• Genuine passion for helping people.

Responsibilities

• Process life & pensions related data into in-house systems.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, paper and mail.
• Complete administration tasks within service standards.
