Job summary

Capita is seeking an experienced Administrator to join the Regulated Financial Services division in Manchester on a fixed-term contract likely to last 12-15 months. The role involves processing life/pensions data, handling customer inquiries by phone, paper, and mail, and supporting back-office teams as needed.

You will be part of a team focused on delivering excellent customer service, with full training provided and an emphasis on resolving issues first time.

Qualifications

• Experience in Life & Pensions or regulated financial services with a focus on customer service or admin.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities; able to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Accurate data entry and ability to manage workload with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process life/pensions data into in-house systems per procedures.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, mail and paper.
• Maintain accurate customer records and communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Refer complex issues to senior staff and meet productivity and quality targets.
• Prioritise workload to meet deadlines and complete required documentation.
• Be flexible to support back-office teams as needed.
