Capita plc is seeking an experienced Administrator to join the Life & Pensions division on a 12–15 month fixed-term contract. You will process data, handle customer inquiries by phone, paper, and mail, and support back-office teams.
Hybrid working is available after probation, with training provided to ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction. The role focuses on accuracy, timely responses, and maintaining records while meeting quality targets.
Capita is looking for an experienced Administrator to work within our regulated Financial Services division on a key Life & Pensions client.
Note that this role will be offered on a Fixed Term Contract basis, likely to be 12-15 months.
The role will involve processing and entering phone/paper enquiries related data into the computer, handling customer service inquiries and problems via phone, paper, and mail. You will be required to be flexible to work across all back-office teams if support is required. Full training will be provided.

Salary: 25,545.00
Hours: 37.5 Hours a week. Monday - Friday between the hours of 8am - 5pm (typically 8-4 or 9-5).
Location: Office based on Oxford Road, Manchester City Centre. Hybrid working contract. Homeworking days will be available upon successful probation.
