You will process hackney carriage and private hire applications, assess fitness, take payments and handle related paperwork, collaborating with Licensing Officers to ensure compliant outcomes and high service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration with finance and payments.
• Face-to-face customer service experience.
• Experience in a large organisation such as a local authority.
• IT literacy with wide experience of common applications.
• Previous licensing experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Process applications for hackney carriage and private hire drivers, vehicles and operators.
• Work with licensing officers to determine fitness and propriety.
• Take payments and handle required paperwork and online administration.
