Kamma Limited is seeking a Licensing Operations lead to own the end-to-end delivery of licence applications. You will design processes, drive QA and audits, and lead a remote team across time zones to ensure timely, compliant submissions.

You will collaborate with sales and product to align commitments with capacity, while maintaining high standards and customer outcomes. UK-based core; some London office time.

Qualifikationen

• 3 to 4+ years leading a team against SLAs in high-volume operation.
• Experience designing or running audit, quality assurance, or quality control processes.
• Strong judgement and relationship skills for working with colleagues, customers and authorities.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end licence application delivery from invoiced to licensed and uploaded into Kamma Suite.
• Design and optimise processes; remove time sinks and shape automation with Licensing Product Manager.
• Design and run audit/QA to ensure GDPR-compliant submissions; own outcomes if issues occur.
• Lead, coach and develop Licensing Applications Administrators across time zones.
