Job summary

Rent Smart Wales, a service within Cardiff Council, is seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Officers for our inbound contact centre. You will help service users by telephone and email, delivering high-quality information and advice in a Welsh Essential position.

Candidates should have strong experience in call centres, be proficient with CRM systems and MS Windows, and be able to communicate in Welsh at Level 4 Advanced.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in inbound call/contact centre delivering information and advice.
• Proficiency with web-based customer management systems and fast, accurate keyboard skills.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication, analytical skills and teamwork.
• Welsh language ability to Level 4 Advanced is required.

Responsibilities
