Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is seeking a vigilant security professional to protect client properties in Doncaster, delivering services strictly in line with published Assignment Instructions and the contract's KPIs.

You will ensure compliance with UK law, renew your front-line Security Guarding or Door Supervision licence 16 weeks before expiry, and keep accurate incident notebooks to support incident reports and contract retention.

Qualifications

• Front-line licence in Security Guarding or Door Supervision (required).
• SIA licence required and current.
• SC Clearance desirable.

Responsibilities

• Protect client property, people and assets per AI's.
• Meet or exceed KPIs and SLAs to aid contract retention.
• Complete required competency training and ongoing development.
• Maintain compliance with UK law and regulatory requirements on site.
• Log incidents with accurate notebook entries and escalate as needed.
• Call emergency services and report incidents to the Communications Centre.
