Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking a trusted Security Officer to protect client properties and assets on site in the United Kingdom. You will ensure compliance with Assignment Instructions, meet KPIs, and actively participate in ongoing training to support self-development and licensure renewal.

Role requires Front-line licence (Security Guarding or Door Supervision) renewal within 16 weeks of expiry and adherence to safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous Security Experience
• SIA License
• SC Clearance desirable

Responsibilities

• Protect our customer's property, people and assets by providing security services in accordance with AI's and any changes.
• Deliver results that meet or exceed the KPIs / SLA for the customer, ensuring contract retention.
• Complete required competency training and undertake additional training for self-development.
• Renew licensure 16 weeks before expiry and maintain compliance with licensing requirements.
• Maintain safety, report hazards, and follow incident reporting procedures.
