Job summary

RNN Group is seeking a Library and Digital Support Lead at Rotherham College campus. The role focuses on managing physical and digital learning spaces, bridging traditional library management with frontline digital support, and leading a small team of Learning Resource Coordinators.

You will work under the Head of AI & Digital Innovation, ensuring smooth daily operations, strategic service evolution, and a high-quality student experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Library Management Systems (LMS) and digital platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and online databases.
• Experience leading small teams in educational settings would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily library operations and staffing rotas.
• Provide frontline digital support and guidance to students and staff.
• Lead induction programs for new students and staff.
• Utilise LMS for cataloguing, circulation and resource organisation.
• Manage collection development and library budgets.
• Coach students through 1-on-1 sessions and drop-in help desks.
• Maintain a welcoming learning environment and manage behaviour.
