RNN Group is seeking a Curriculum Performance Lead to join our team in Rotherham. You will combine operational leadership with a teaching commitment, shaping the curriculum to meet local and national skills needs, and driving performance through coaching and clear accountability.

The role requires experience in quality assurance and curriculum planning, with responsibilities spanning SAR/IQA/EQA, data integrity, and employability initiatives. Collaboration across campuses is essential.

Competenze

• Experience in leadership roles within Further Education or Adult Education.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance, curriculum planning and data tracking.
• Excellent coaching and people-management skills.

Mansioni

• Lead and develop lecturers, assessors and technicians to improve performance.
• Oversee SAR/IQA/EQA processes and ensure compliance with awarding bodies.
• Manage student data accuracy, registers, enrolment and exam claims with MIS team.
• Deliver high-quality teaching where needed and act as group tutor.
