Job summary

RNN Group is seeking a proactive Library and Digital Support Lead to manage physical and digital learning spaces at the Rotherham College campus, empowering students to become confident, independent learners. You will bridge traditional library management with frontline digital support, guiding students and staff across Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and LMS platforms.

Qualifications

• Proven experience using LMS and modern digital platforms.
• Experience managing small teams and staffing rotas.
• Commitment to student success and digital literacy.
• Ability to procure, budget, and collaborate with curriculum teams.
• Level 2 English & Maths; Level 3 customer service/IT/library studies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily library operations, staffing rotas and Learning Resource Coordinators.
• Provide hands-on tech assistance with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, printing, and digital research tools.
• Design and deliver induction programs for students and staff.
• Utilise LMS for cataloguing, circulation and resource organization.
• Manage full lifecycle of library materials and related budgets.
• Lead 1-to-1 coaching and drop-in help desks for student resources and IT literacy.
