WMJobs in Worcester is looking for a Library Customer Advisor (The Hive) to join our Libraries team on a permanent contract. The role is 19.5 hours per week and based at The Hive. You will help customers access resources, provide digital one-to-one support, and lead events such as storytelling for children or online activity groups for adults.

The Library Customer Advisor role is diverse, exciting and no two days are the same. You will help our customers access a wide range of resources and services. A typical day could see you provide digital one to one support, lead events and activities such as a song or storytelling session for children or an online activity group for adults. Expect to learn something new every day in a fast-paced customer focused environment.
You will need to be enthusiastic, flexible and energetic, with excellent customer service skills. A will to find an answer to whatever question is asked is key.
You will have a strong background in customer service; possibly in retail, hospitality, community, education, early years or library work - but whatever your experience, your understanding of the customer will be crucial. If you enjoy working with people, thrive on providing excellent customer service and you would like to be part of an innovative and enthusiastic team, then we would like to hear from you.
