A focus on delivering an excellent user experience is essential, along with supervisory and organisational skills. You will work closely with partners and within the local community to deliver and support a varied range of activities and events.

As Library Manager, you will oversee daily operations, staff deployment and service delivery, managing multiple priorities and working effectively under pressure. You’ll also bring a focus on meeting deadlines and a proven track record of meeting compliance, e.g. buildings, health & safety and data collection. This role requires the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment with constantly changing priorities. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate resilience to effectively handle challenges and obstacles.
