Job summary

Falkirk Council Meadowbank library is seeking a friendly, organized Library Assistant to provide high quality service to our community. You will help deliver library services, assist customers, and support digital inclusion while promoting reading for pleasure.

Ideal candidates will have experience with MS Office, strong customer care skills, and be ready to work as part of a team in a front-line role. PVG membership may be required and flexibility across shifts is expected.

• Experience using MS Office packages and front-line customer service.
• Experience assisting in provision of library services.
• Ability to interact with diverse ages and backgrounds.
