Job summary

Müller UK & Ireland is recruiting an Inbound LGV C+E Class 1 Tanker Driver for our Market Drayton Depot. You will transport milk between farms and site locations, ensuring on-time deliveries, accurate records, and strict safety compliance.

The role offers full-time permanent employment with Monday-Friday or Tue-Sat night shifts and no overnight stays. The position requires a Class 1 licence (LGV C+E), current CPC and digi card, and a clean driving record (≤6 points).

Qualifications

• HGV Class 1 Licence (LGV Cat C+E) required.
• Current CPC and digital driving card.
• No more than 6 minor points on licence (CDs, DDs, DRs or INs).
• Must be comfortable with the physical nature of the role.
• Excellent attitude and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently transport milk from farms to network sites (loading/reloading).
• Ensure timely deliveries and accurate documentation.
• Comply with safety and transport regulations.
• Be the professional interface between the business and customers.

We are recruitingfor Inbound LGV C+E Class 1 TankerDriversat our Market Drayton Depot within the Muller Milk and Ingredients Distribution Business.

This is a great opportunity for drivers who enjoy working for a prestigious logistics company, driving a modern and well maintained fleet of vehicles and who are looking for flexibility in their life, we offer full time work schedules, and no overnights stays.

• Contract- Full Time / Permanent

• Location -Market Drayton (TF9 3UY)

• Shift Pattern- 5 days over 7 - Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday Night Shifts

• Rate of Pay- From £17.30 per hour - £28.42 per hourdependent on shift pattern.Overtime rate; £19.46 per hour.

Class 1 Driver Role & Responsibilities

• As an Inbound Tanker Driver, your primary responsibility is to safely and efficiently transport milk from farms to different sites within the network (including loading and reloading), ensuring timely deliveries, accurate documentation, and compliance with all safety and transportation regulation.
• Puts safety first and respects all other road users.
• Diligent in ensuring driver and vehicle checks are completed correctly.
• Forward thinking, route checks for safety restrictions, planned road works and traffic to ensure your journey will be smooth and efficient.
• Highly professional in all situations as you are the interface between the business and our customer base.

Class 1 DriverKey Skills & Experience

• HGV Class 1 Licence (LGV Cat C+E)
• Current CPC and digital driving card
• No more than 6 minor points on driving licence (No CDs, DDs, DRs or INs)
• Must be comfortable with the physical nature of the role.
