Job summary

Müller UK & Ireland is recruiting for Class 1 LGV C+E Drivers at Leeds Depot (WF6 1RY). This full-time, permanent role offers a modern fleet, no overnights, and a schedule that includes day and night shifts.

As an inbound driver you will move milk between farms and sites, perform vehicle checks, and ensure timely deliveries while upholding safety and customer service standards. Competitive pay and generous benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• HGV Class 1 Licence (LGV Cat C+E) required.
• Current CPC and digital driving card required.
• No more than 6 minor points on licence.
• Comfortable with physically demanding role.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and a strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport milk between farms and sites, including loading/reloading.
• Ensure timely deliveries and accurate documentation.
• Perform driver and vehicle checks; maintain safety standards.
• Plan routes considering restrictions, works, and traffic.
• Act as the professional interface between the business and customers.

We are recruitingfor Class 1 LGV C+E Drivers at our LeedsDepot within the Muller Milk and Ingredients Distribution Business.

This is a great opportunity for drivers who enjoy working for a prestigious logistics company, driving a modern and well maintained fleet of vehicles and who are looking for flexibility in their life, we offer full time work schedules, and no overnights stays.

• Contract:Full Time / Permanent
• Location :Leeds Depot - WF6 1RY
• Shift Pattern :5 over 7
• Rate of Pay : Nights

Day;

• Monday - Friday - £17.30 per hour
• Saturday - £19.46 per hour
• Sunday - £25.95 per hour

Nights;

• Monday - Friday - £19.77 per hour
• Saturday - £21.92 per hour
• Sunday - £28.42 per hour

Overtime;

• £19.46

Class 1 Driver Role & Responsibilities

• As an Inbound Driver, your primary responsibility is to safely and efficiently transport milk from farms to different sites within the network (including loading and reloading), ensuring timely deliveries, accurate documentation, and compliance with all safety and transportation regulation
• Puts safety first and respects all other road users.
• Diligent in ensuring driver and vehicle checks are completed correctly.
• Forward thinking, route checks for safety restrictions, planned road works and traffic to ensure your journey will be smooth and efficient.
• Highly professional in all situations as you are the interface between the business and our customer base.

Class 1 DriverKey Skills & Experience

• HGV Class 1 Licence (LGV Cat C+E)
• Current CPC and digital driving card
• No more than 6 minor points on driving licence (No CDs, DDs, DRs or INs)
• Must be comfortable with the physical nature of the role.
• An effective team member who works well on their own initiative
• Demonstrates an excellent attitude to work
• Self - motivated with a positive attitude and extremely reliable
