Job summary

Biffa Waste Services in Tipton is seeking an LGV Driver for the PM shift, Monday to Friday, 14.00 to 23.30. You will drive LGV vehicles including front and back loaders, collecting and emptying bins for trade waste customers. This outdoors role rewards initiative and contribution to local environmental wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid LGV Class 2 (Category C) driving licence.
• Hold a valid Driver CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Have a safe and responsible approach to driving, following all road safety regulations.
• Be able to carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects.
• Have good communication skills and a professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Drive LGV vehicles including front and back loaders for bin collection.
• Operate as part of a single person crew and manage trade waste rounds.

LGV Driver - PM Shift

Days of work: Monday to Friday

Start/finish Times: 14.00 to 23.30

Pay rate: £16.87 p/h+ back shift allowance

Working as part of a single person crew, you will drive various modes of LGV vehicles including front and back loaders, collecting and emptying bins, from our trade waste customers.
