Biffa is hiring an LGV Driver - AM Shift at Burgess Hill Depot to operate LGV trucks for trade waste collection. The role runs Monday to Friday, ~45 hours weekly, starting at 04:00 with occasional Saturday overtime.

You’ll work as a single-person crew, using front/back loaders to collect bins, supporting waste reduction in local communities. Training and staff benefits provided.

Competenze

• Full, valid LGV Class 2 driving licence.
• Valid Driver CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Good understanding of road safety and drivers' hours regulations.
• Strong commitment to health and safety.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Previous LGV driving experience is desirable.

Mansioni

• Drive LGV vehicles including front and back loaders for bin collection from trade waste customers.
• Work as part of a single person crew on a 45-hour weekly schedule.

Requirements

• Valid Driver CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph Card
• A good understanding of road safety and drivers' hours regulations
