Stonewater is seeking a Specialist Case Worker to provide informed, person-centred support to LGBTQ+ refuge residents in Brighton. You will manage a caseload, assist with referrals, and focus on safety planning tailored to each resident’s identity and risks.

The role involves working with local and national LGBTQ+ charities and partner agencies to enable residents to articulate goals and realise their potential, supporting them to move on in a positive, planned way.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with LGBTQ+ community.
• Understanding of diversity and risks in LGBTQ+ communities.
• Caseload management experience with outcomes.
• Experience in carrying out robust safety planning.
• Ability to work with specialist agencies.
• Knowledge of local and national LGBTQ+ charities.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Housing and benefits advice knowledge (desirable).

Responsabilités
