Stonewater is seeking a Female* Domestic Abuse Support Worker to support women and children in a refuge setting. You will manage a caseload with complex needs, delivering trauma-informed coaching and practical support to help customers stay safe and access rights to legal protection.

The role involves group and one-to-one sessions on safety, healthy relationships, budgeting, employment skills and signposting to partner services. Applicants must meet safeguarding and DBS requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with people with multiple complex needs and/or domestic abuse.
• Experience of CAADA DASH risk assessments and robust safety planning.

Responsabilités

• Manage a caseload of customers with complex needs ensuring a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach.
• Deliver coaching support sessions in one-to-one and group settings, providing emotional and practical support.
