The Rofft School in Wales is seeking a Level 4 Teaching Assistant to join our Resourced Provision for pupils with social communication needs. The role involves supporting individual learning, planning and delivering activities, and contributing to personalised learning for children with additional needs.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Resourced Provision Teacher and broader staff to enable pupils to access learning, build confidence and become more independent.
32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year
The Governing Body of The Rofft School is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, dedicated and highly skilled Level 4 Teaching Assistant to join our Resourced Provision team for pupils with social communication needs. This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity for an individual who is passionate about supporting children with additional learning needs and helping them to achieve their full potential.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Resourced Provision Teacher and wider school team to provide high-quality, individualised support that enables pupils to access learning, develop their skills, build confidence and become increasingly independent. They will contribute to the planning, preparation and delivery of learning activities and interventions tailored to meet the diverse needs of pupils within the provision.

We are looking for someone who is committed to creating positive learning experiences and who can build strong, trusting relationships with pupils, families and colleagues.
