Aspire People is recruiting Level 3 Teaching Assistants to support a range of primary schools across Manchester and surrounding areas.

We have immediate opportunities for full-time, part-time or long-term work with ongoing placements, competitive daily pay rates and dedicated consultant support. Join a network of local schools and help pupils develop confidence and independence while supporting behaviour and routines.

Qualifications

• Holds a recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
• Has relevant UK primary school experience within the last 2 years.
• Has a good understanding of the primary curriculum.
• Is confident supporting pupils across different year groups.
• Has a positive, patient and proactive approach.
• Is available for full-time or part-time work.

Responsibilities

• Supporting teaching and learning across primary year groups
• Providing 1:1 and small-group support
• Assisting with differentiated classroom activities
• Supporting pupils with SEND and additional learning needs
• Helping pupils develop confidence and independence
• Supporting positive behaviour and classroom routines
