Job summary

Aspire People is recruiting enthusiastic Level 2 Teaching Assistants to support learners across Manchester and the surrounding areas. This role spans EYFS to KS2 with opportunities for daily supply, part-time work and longer placements.

Responsibilities

• Supporting teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
• Assisting pupils with classroom activities and differentiated learning.
• Providing 1:1 and small-group support where required.
• Supporting pupils with SEND and additional learning needs.
• Helping maintain positive behaviour and classroom routines.
• Encouraging pupils to develop independence and confidence.
• Supporting the class teacher with lesson activities and resources.
• Working collaboratively with teachers and other support staff.
