Job summary

Aspire People are seeking qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistants to support learning across Manchester and surrounding areas. These roles are available in a network of local primary schools with flexible full-time and part-time placements and competitive daily pay rates.

Ideal candidates hold a Level 3 TA qualification, have recent UK primary school experience within the last two years, and can support pupils with a range of learning needs while promoting an inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
• Recent UK primary school experience within the last 2 years is required.
• Solid understanding of the primary curriculum and ability to support diverse learning needs.

Responsibilities

• Support teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
• Provide 1:1 and small-group support.
• Assist with differentiated classroom activities.
• Support pupils with SEND and additional learning needs.
• Help pupils develop confidence, independence and engagement.
• Assist with classroom routines and behaviour support.
• Prepare learning activities and materials.
• Collaborate with class teachers and school staff.

Are you a qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity within a primary school?

Aspire People are working with a network of primary schools across Manchester and the surrounding areas who are seeking experienced and committed Level 3 Teaching Assistants to support teaching and learning.

We have a range of opportunities available now, including daily supply, part-time work and longer-term placements.

These roles are ideal for candidates who are confident supporting pupils across the primary curriculum and who can help create a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment.

The Role:

• Supporting teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
• Providing 1:1 and small-group support
• Assisting with differentiated classroom activities
• Supporting pupils with SEND and additional learning needs
• Helping pupils develop confidence, independence and engagement
• Supporting positive behaviour and classroom routines
• Assisting with learning activities and classroom preparation
• Working closely with class teachers and wider school staff

The Ideal Candidate:

• Holds a recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
• Has relevant experience working within a UK primary school within the last 2 years
• Has a good understanding of the primary curriculum
• Is confident supporting pupils with a range of learning needs
• Has strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Is reliable, proactive and adaptable
