Aspire People is seeking a qualified Level 2 Teaching Assistant to support learning across EYFS to KS2 in Manchester and surrounding areas. Roles vary from daily supply to longer placements, full-time or part-time, with flexible working patterns.

The ideal candidate will have a Level 2 TA qualification, recent UK primary school experience within the last 2 years, and a patient, adaptable approach to helping pupils build confidence and independence in a positive classroom environment across year

Responsabilidades

• Support teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
• Assist pupils with classroom activities and differentiated learning.
• Provide 1:1 and small-group support where required.
• Support pupils with SEND and additional learning needs.
• Help maintain positive behaviour and classroom routines.
• Encourage pupils to develop independence and confidence.
• Assist the class teacher with lesson activities and resources.
• Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Holds a recognised Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification
• Has relevant experience working within a UK primary school within the last 2 years
• Has a good understanding of the primary school environment
• Is confident supporting pupils across different year groups
• Has a patient, positive and adaptable approach
• Is reliable and committed to supporting pupils' learning
