Job summary

Supply Desk is recruiting a Level 3 Teaching Assistant in Hazlemere, Buckinghamshire, England for a full-time role. You will support learning, adapt activities for diverse needs, and contribute to a positive school environment with safeguarding at the forefront.

The role involves working as part of a team to support pupils and assist with lesson delivery, monitoring progress and maintaining strong communication with staff and parents.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
• Enhanced DBS clearance required or willingness to obtain

Responsibilities

• Support teachers with planning and delivery of engaging and inclusive lessons
• Provide one-to-one and small-group support to pupils to help them achieve learning goals
• Support pupils across a range of subjects and learning activities
• Adapt activities and resources to meet individual learning needs
• Promote positive behaviour and help pupils develop confidence and independence
• Assist with classroom organisation and preparation of resources
• Monitor pupil progress and feed back to teachers
