Job summary

Envision Education is recruiting Level 3 Teaching Assistants to support primary schools in High Wycombe. You will work closely with teachers to provide learning and pastoral support, helping pupils stay engaged and reach their potential.

The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm, with opportunities across primary settings and SEND support. A Level 3 TA qualification and experience with children are preferred; commitment to safeguarding applies.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a school, nursery, childcare, or similar setting.
• Genuine passion for supporting children and young people.
• Patient, caring and approachable personality.
• Confidence supporting children with different needs and abilities.
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with their learning and development.
• Provide one-to-one and small-group support.
• Support children with SEND and additional needs.
• Assist teachers with classroom activities and learning resources.
• Help pupils develop confidence, independence and social skills.
