Supply Desk Ltd. is seeking a Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Stoke Mandeville from January 2027.

You will support the Early Years team, deliver a creative EYFS curriculum, and work with children in small groups to promote growth and development. The successful candidate will hold a Level 3 EYFS qualification, have EYFS experience, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate within a team.

Location: Stoke Mandeville, Buckinghamshire

Contract: Full-Time

Start Date: January 2027

Daily Rate: £90 – £120 (dependent on experience)

Our agency is partnering with a welcoming primary school in Stoke Mandeville, seeking a confident and compassionate Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their Early Years team from January 2027. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated practitioner passionate about supporting children during the crucial early stages of their education.

About the Role

As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children's early development and fostering a positive, stimulating learning environment. You will collaborate closely with the class teacher and wider team to deliver high-quality Early Years provision.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of a creative and purposeful EYFS curriculum
• Work with individual pupils and small groups to promote learning and development
• Provide nurturing support that encourages independence, curiosity, and confidence
• Assist in monitoring and recording children's progress

Candidate Profile

• Level 3 EYFS qualification (or equivalent)
• Experience working within an Early Years environment
• Strong understanding of early child development and the EYFS framework
• Excellent communication skills with a patient, supportive manner
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team
• Confidence in applying behaviour strategies that support emotional and social development

Requirements

• Enhanced DBS certificate on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
• Two relevant professional references
• Eligibility to work in the UK
