Job summary

Tempest Resourcing Limited is seeking an EYFS Teaching Assistant (Level 3) to support children aged 2–5 in their learning, development and wellbeing within our Early Years team. This role is on-site with a typical working day of 07:45–17:00 and pays £110–£120 per day.

You will work closely with Early Years teachers to deliver engaging activities, uphold safeguarding standards, and foster an inclusive, nurturing environment where every child can thrive.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent).
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in an EYFS setting as an Early Years Practitioner or Teaching Assistant.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Experience planning and supporting age-appropriate learning activities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for supporting children's learning, development and emotional wellbeing.
• Knowledge of safeguarding practices within early years settings.

Responsibilities

• Support children aged 2–5 in their learning, development, and wellbeing.
• Deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in collaboration with EYFS teachers.
• Create a nurturing, inclusive and stimulating environment for all children.
• Assist with monitoring progress and wellbeing of learners.

EYFS Teaching Assistant (Level 3) / Early Years Practitioner

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced EYFS Teaching Assistant (Level 3) to join our Early Years team and support children aged 2–5 in their learning, development, and wellbeing.

Working closely with Early Years teachers, you will help deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote children's progress across all areas of development. You will play an important role in creating a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating environment where every child can thrive.

Working Hours:

07:45 – 17:00

Requirements:

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent)
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in an EYFS setting as an Early Years Practitioner or Teaching Assistant
