Job summary

Exclusive Education Ltd is partnered with a welcoming primary school seeking a Level 3 Early Years Specialist to join their EYFS team. You will support learning and development in the Early Years, deliver play-based activities, and observe progress in line with EYFS requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare, EYFS experience, and superb communication and organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare.
• Experience in an EYFS setting.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS Framework.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Caring, patient and nurturing approach.
• Ability to build positive relationships with children, staff and families.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Enhanced DBS on Update Service or willingness to obtain one.

The Role

As a Level 3 Early Years Specialist, you will:

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
