Tradewind Recruitment LTD. in Knowsley is seeking a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support learners across year groups in a secondary school in Huyton. The role is full-time, term-time only, starting 02/11/2026, with a focus on literacy, numeracy and SEND interventions.

About the Role:

We are seeking a full-time Level 3 Teaching Assistant to work across a range of year groups, providing high-quality classroom support and targeted interventions. You will work closely with class teachers and SEN staff to deliver tailored academic, emotional, and behavioural support, helping students engage in learning and reach their full potential.

What We're Looking For:

• Level 3 TA qualification (essential)
• Previous experience working with children or young people in a school setting
• A proactive, patient, and adaptable approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for education and student development
• A valid enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply for one)

Desirable (but not essential):

• Experience supporting students with SEND or behavioural needs
• Experience delivering structured interventions
