Job summary

Aspire People are recruiting on behalf of a nursery in Cradley Heath for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join on a full-time, Monday-Friday basis. You will provide a safe, nurturing environment, plan engaging activities, and support children's learning within the EYFS framework.

Ideal candidates have Level 3 childcare/early years, experience in a nursery, strong communication skills, and a passion for child development.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years is required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Good understanding of the EYFS framework is important.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare.
• Reliable, professional and enthusiastic approach.

Responsibilities

• Supporting children's learning, development and daily routines.
• Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities.
• Supporting children's personal care needs.
• Working in line with the EYFS framework.
• Observing, assessing and recording children's progress.
• Encouraging positive relationships and social development.
• Maintaining a safe, welcoming and stimulating nursery environment.
• Working closely with colleagues, parents and other professionals.
• Following safeguarding, health and safety and nursery policies.
