Job summary

Aspire People are recruiting on behalf of a lovely nursery in Cradley Heath for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their team on a full-time, Monday-Friday basis.

You will provide a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn, develop and reach their full potential, following the EYFS framework and working closely with colleagues, parents and other professionals.

Qualifications

• Level 3 childcare/early years qualification.
• Experience in an early years or nursery setting.
• Good understanding of the EYFS.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare.
• Paediatric First Aid is desirable.
• Reliable, professional and enthusiastic approach.

Responsibilities

• Support children's learning, development and daily routines.
• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities.
• Support children's personal care needs.
• Work in line with the EYFS framework.
• Observe, assess and record children's progress.
• Encourage positive relationships and social development.

Aspire People are currently recruiting on behalf of a lovely nursery in Cradley Heath who are looking for a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their team on a full-time, Monday-Friday basis.

The Role

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will play an important role in providing a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, develop and reach their full potential.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting children's learning, development and daily routines
• Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities
• Supporting children's personal care needs
• Working in line with the EYFS framework
• Observing, assessing and recording children's progress
• Encouraging positive relationships and social development

Requirements
