Job summary

Aspire People are recruiting on behalf of a friendly nursery in Cradley Heath for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their team on a full-time, Monday-Friday basis.

You will support children's learning, development and daily routines in a safe, nurturing environment, following the EYFS framework and collaborating with colleagues and parents to promote welfare and progress.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years.
• Experience in an early years or nursery setting.
• Knowledge of the EYFS framework.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding.
• Paediatric First Aid is desirable.
• Reliable, professional and enthusiastic approach.

Level 3 Nursery Practitioner - Cradley Heath

Aspire People are currently recruiting on behalf of a lovely nursery in Cradley Heath who are looking for a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their team on a full-time, Monday-Friday basis.

The Role

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will play an important role in providing a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, develop and reach their full potential.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting children's learning, development and daily routines
• Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities
• Supporting children's personal care needs
• Working in line with the EYFS framework
• Observing, assessing and recording children's progress
• Encouraging positive relationships and social development
• Maintaining a safe, welcoming and stimulating nursery environment
• Working closely with colleagues, parents and other professionals
• Following safeguarding, health and safety and nursery policies

Requirements

• Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years
• Previous experience working in an early years or nursery setting
• Good understanding of the EYFS
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare
• Paediatric First Aid is desirable
• Reliable, professional and enthusiastic approach
