Job summary

Randstad Education is seeking a Nursery Practitioner (Level 2/3) to join a Forest Row-based team on a permanent full-time basis from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The role focuses on high-quality early years development in a nurturing setting.

The ideal candidate holds a Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare/EY qualification with EYFS knowledge, strong communication, and a commitment to safeguarding and professional collaboration with parents and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Must possess a full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare/Early Years qualification (NVQ, CACHE, or equivalent).
• Demonstrable experience working within an early years setting.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care and early education aligned with EYFS.
• Design and implement engaging activities to support developmental milestones.
• Serve as a Key Person, monitor progress and maintain developmental records.
• Establish professional relationships with parents, carers and team.
• Uphold safe, inclusive indoor and outdoor learning environments.
