Job summary

Randstad Education is seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner for a full-time role in Horley. You will deliver high-quality care and early education, acting as a Key Person and fostering strong relationships with families while maintaining a safe, inclusive environment.

The ideal candidate has Level 3 Early Years Educator qualifications, nursery experience, and a solid understanding of EYFS and safeguarding policies. DBS clearance is preferred.

Qualifications

• EYFS knowledge and safeguarding principles required.
• Proven nursery or early years setting experience.
• Strong understanding of child development and safeguarding protocols.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and early education in line with EYFS.
• Act as Key Person to a group of children and track progress.
• Build strong relationships with children, parents and carers.
• Ensure a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment for all children.
• Adhere to health & safety, safeguarding and child protection policies.
