Smart Kids Nursery in Birmingham (Aston and Digbeth branches) is recruiting qualified Early Years Practitioners. You will support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing in line with the EYFS, creating a safe, nurturing environment where kids thrive.

Formación

• Qualified Early Years Practitioner with EYFS knowledge and safeguarding training.
• Experience delivering age-appropriate activities and recording progress.
• Ability to work as part of a supportive nursery team.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality care and education in line with EYFS requirements.
• Plan, prepare, and implement engaging activities.
• Observe, assess and record children’s progress.
• Support emotional wellbeing and individual needs.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and inclusive learning environment.
• Build relationships with parents and carers.
• Work with staff to maintain ratios and routines.
• Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies.
• Attend staff meetings and training.

We are recruiting qualified and experienced Early Years Practitioners to join our expanding team. We have multiple positions available across both our Aston and Digbeth branches and are looking for dedicated professionals who are passionate about delivering outstanding early years care and education.

As a Qualified Early Years Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting children’s learning, development, and wellbeing in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). You will contribute to creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality care and education in line with EYFS requirements
• Plan, prepare, and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities
• Observe, assess, and accurately record children’s progress
• Support children’s emotional wellbeing, behaviour, and individual needs
• Maintain a safe, clean, and inclusive learning environment
• Build positive and professional relationships with parents and carers
• Work effectively as part of a team to maintain staff ratios and routines
• Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies at all times
• Attend staff meetings, training, and supervisions as required
