Job summary

TeacherActive is seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly nursery team in West Malling. You will support children's learning through play-based activities, promoting wellbeing and development in line with EYFS.

The role offers flexible full-time or part-time opportunities from September 2026, with an experienced team and ongoing CPD support. A positive, proactive attitude and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare is essential.
• Good knowledge of the EYFS curriculum.
• Previous nursery or early years experience.

Are you a Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner looking for a rewarding role in a welcoming nursery? Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (essential)
• Good knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
• Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
• A caring, enthusiastic and proactive approach to supporting young children
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A positive, flexible attitude with a willingness to get stuck in
