This Level 3 apprenticeship combines online learning with practical on‑the‑job training, lasts around 37 hours per week, and requires you to have a car.

As an IT Solutions Technician Apprentice, you will help maintain and support the IT infrastructure across Dereham Neatherd High School and assist with wider support across the Enrich Learning Trust where required. You will ensure consistent access to the school’s network and internet, maintain cybersecurity standards, and support staff and students with IT-related queries.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive, tech‑savvy problem solver with a genuine interest in IT systems and digital technologies. They will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team.
Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, there may be opportunities for fulltime employment within Dereham Neatherd High School or across the Enrich Learning Trust.
All applicants should be aware that, upon a successful offer of employment, a full enhanced DBS check will be completed in line with safer recruitment practices.
