Rook's Nest Academy invites applications for a Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant who is passionate about giving children the best start in education. You will work with the Early Years team to support learning, development, wellbeing and independence through play and structured activities.

The role requires a caring, patient and reliable individual with strong teamwork and communication skills, able to observe and record progress and contribute to safeguarding and inclusion in a nurturing

Qualificações

• Hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent.
• Understand the EYFS framework and early childhood development.
• Ability to support children's communication, language, physical, personal, social and emotional development.
• Provide engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences through play and structured activities.
• Support observation, assessment and recording of children's development.
• Promote positive behaviour, inclusion and safeguarding.
• Communicate professionally with parents, carers, staff and external agencies.

Responsabilidades

We are seeking to appoint a caring, enthusiastic and committed Level 3 qualified Early Years Teaching Assistant who has a passion for ensuring that children have the best possible start to their education.

We are looking for an individual who understands the importance of early childhood development and is committed to providing a safe, stimulating, inclusive and nurturing learning environment for all children in our Early Years Foundation Stage.

The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher and wider early years team to support children's learning, development, wellbeing and independence through purposeful play, planned activities and positive interactions.

The successful candidate will:

• Hold a relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years or an equivalent qualification.
• Understand the EYFS statutory framework and early childhood development.
• Be able to support children's communication, language, physical, personal, social and emotional development.
• Help to deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences through play and structured activities.
• Support the observation, assessment and recording of children's development.
• Promote positive behaviour, inclusion and safeguarding.
• Work effectively as part of a team and communicate professionally with parents, carers, staff and external agencies.
