Envision Education is seeking a Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant to support pupils in Primary Schools across High Wycombe. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm, with an immediate start.

Envision Education is currently recruiting Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistants to work across primary schools in High Wycombe. As a Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and early years staff to support children's learning, development and wellbeing throughout the school day.
Your responsibilities may include:
Supporting children across the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
Supporting children's learning and development through play-based activities
Providing one-to-one and small-group support
Supporting children with SEND and additional needs
Assisting teachers with classroom activities and learning resources
Supporting children's communication, language and social development
Helping children develop confidence, independence and positive relationships
Encouraging children to explore, participate and engage in learning
Supporting children's emotional development and wellbeing
Helping children develop their fine and gross motor skills
Supporting children with their individual learning and developmental needs
Observing children's learning and development and sharing relevant information with teaching staff
Creating engaging and age-appropriate learning opportunities
Supporting positive behaviour and helping children regulate their emotions
Building positive relationships with children, parents, teachers and school staff
Helping maintain a safe, welcoming and inclusive learning environment
Supporting the classroom teacher with the smooth running of the learning environment
Level 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent
Previous experience working with children in an Early Years, nursery, school, childcare or similar setting
Good understanding of the EYFS framework

Confidence supporting children with different needs and abilities
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to build positive relationships with children and staff
Reliable, professional and committed
Able to work Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm
Based in High Wycombe or willing to commute to High Wycombe

Experience supporting children with SEND, speech and language needs or behavioural needs would be advantageous
