Job summary

Envision Education is seeking a Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant to support pupils in Primary Schools across High Wycombe. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm, with an immediate start.

You will work closely with teachers to support EYFS learning, development and wellbeing throughout the school day. The successful candidate will have Level 3 in Early Years (or equivalent), experience in EYFS or similar settings, and a patient, nurturing approach.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent.
• Experience in an Early Years, nursery or school setting.
• Good understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Patient, caring and nurturing approach.
• Confidence supporting children with varied needs.
• Reliable, professional and committed.
• Available Monday to Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm.
• Based in High Wycombe or willing to commute.

Responsibilities

• Support children across the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Support learning and development through play-based activities.
• Provide one-to-one and small-group support.
• Assist teachers with activities and resources.
• Support children's communication, language and social development.
• Help children develop confidence, independence and positive relationships.
• Observe and report on learning progress to teaching staff.
