Job summary

Supply Desk is seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant with a Level 3 qualification to join a welcoming primary school in Harrow from September.

You will work with the EYFS team to deliver creative learning activities, monitor young children's progress, and support their social and emotional development while maintaining high safeguarding standards. This role offers valuable experience within a supportive school community.

Supply Desk is seeking an enthusiastic, nurturing, and dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant with a Level 3 qualification to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Harrow from September.

The Role

• Support the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging and creative learning activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Framework.

The Ideal Candidate

• Holds a recognisedLevel 3 qualification in Early Years, Childcare, or a relevant subject.
• Has experience working with children within an Early Years or primary school setting.
• Demonstrates excellent communication, teamwork, and classroom support skills.
• Has a strong understanding of the EYFS Framework and child development.
• Is passionate about providing an engaging, nurturing, and supportive learning environment.
• Is patient, caring, enthusiastic, and committed to helping children reach their full potential.
• Promotes inclusive practices and supports the individual needs of every child.
• Has a thorough understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
