Job summary

Exclusive Education Ltd in Lancashire is recruiting an experienced Level 3 Early Years Specialist to support the Early Years Foundation Stage team. You will create engaging, play-based learning experiences and monitor children's progress within EYFS.

The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 EYFS/Childcare qualification, EYFS experience, and a nurturing approach to help children develop social, language, and physical skills.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in EYFS or childcare.
• Experience working in an EYFS setting.
• Solid understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework.

The Role

• Support the learning and development of children within the Early Years Foundation Stage.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• A recognised Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare.
• Previous experience working within an EYFS setting.
• A thorough understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A caring, patient and nurturing approach.
• The ability to build positive relationships with children, staff and families.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
