Job summary

Academics is recruiting for a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner at a private school in Southend-on-Sea, Essex. This permanent, full-time role offers an ASAP start and a salary of £25,914-£28,871 FTE, dependent on qualifications and experience.

You will provide high-quality EY care and education, plan activities in line with the EYFS, observe development, build relationships with families, and support children's social and educational progress within a warm, nurturing team.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (essential).
• Experience in an Early Years or nursery setting.
• Strong, warm and proactive approach to childcare.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care, support and education to children within the Early Years setting.
• Plan and support engaging activities in line with the EYFS.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where every child can thrive.
