Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment LTD. in Milton Keynes is seeking a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a friendly primary school from October. You will support children's early development and deliver engaging activities through play, contributing to a nurturing EYFS environment.

The role is full-time, term-time, with temp-to-perm potential. You will work closely with teachers and EYFS staff, supporting individual needs and helping children build confidence and independence.

Qualifications

• Has Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Experience in an Early Years setting.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Caring, enthusiastic and passionate about working with young children.
• Able to create engaging and purposeful learning experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Works well as part of a team.
• Is committed to supporting every child's development.
• Has an enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willing to obtain one.
• Available to work full-time.

A friendly and supportive primary school in Milton Keynes is looking to recruit a passionate and experienced Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join their Early Years team from October.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified practitioner who is passionate about early childhood education and enjoys creating a fun, safe and nurturing environment where young children can learn, develop and thrive.

You will play an important role in supporting children's early development, helping them build confidence and independence while providing engaging learning experiences through play.

• Supporting children across the Early Years setting
