Job summary

Randstad UK is seeking a dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner for our Horley team. In a warm EYFS setting, you will support a designated group of children aged 0-5, delivering engaging activities and ensuring safety throughout the day.

The role requires a Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification, EYFS knowledge, and strong communication with parents and colleagues. DBS clearance or willingness to obtain one is expected, with opportunities for CPD and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification.
• Proven experience in an EYFS nursery setting.
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding procedures and DBS checks.
• Excellent communication, teamwork and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Key Person to a designated group of children, tracking progress and supporting development.
• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
• Ensure high standards of safety, hygiene and safeguarding at all times.
• Build strong relationships with parents, carers and colleagues via clear communication.
• Assist day-to-day nursery routines, including meals, rest and outdoor play.
