The Role: As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and education to young children aged 0-5 years. Working within a dynamic pre-school environment, you will be responsible for delivering engaging activities, fostering positive relationships with children and families, and promoting the holistic development of each child.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to support children's learning and development.
2. Create a nurturing and stimulating environment conducive to learning and exploration.
3. Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to foster a sense of belonging and security.
4. Observe and assess children's progress, identifying areas for growth and implementing tailored interventions as needed.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment, adhering to safeguarding policies and procedures.
6. Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers, providing regular updates on children's development and wellbeing.

Requirements:

1. Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
2. Previous experience working in a similar role within an early years setting that we can reference.
3. Sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
4. DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
5. Valid Right to Work in the UK documents.
